This software adopts an email verification code authentication mechanism:

  1. In the Unreal Engine Editor, open the authentication window via SuperStage Menu → PluginAuth
  2. Enter your email address and click “Get Code” to receive a 6-digit verification code
  3. Enter the verification code and click “Sign In” to complete authentication
  4. The first email address used will automatically create an account

The verification code is valid for 60 seconds; a new code must be requested if it expires.

4.2 Account Responsibility

  • You shall ensure that the registered email address is legally owned by you
  • You shall safeguard your verification code and must not disclose it to others
  • All consequences arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence shall be borne by you
  • If any account abnormality is discovered, please immediately contact yerrkj@outlook.com

4.3 Account Uniqueness

  • Each natural person or legal entity is permitted to register only one account
  • Registering multiple accounts to obtain multiple trial periods is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to merge or ban duplicate accounts

4.4 Account Security and Automatic Ban Mechanism

To protect the rights of legitimate users and maintain the software authorization order, we have deployed an automated security detection system at the login stage of the UE client (SuperStage Plugin). This system automatically imposes bans on the following violations based on technical means such as device fingerprint, IP address, and login behavior. The web portal (yunsio.com) is not affected by this mechanism.

4.4.1 Automatic Ban Rules

Violation Detection Method Ban Duration Description
Multiple Accounts on One Device Same device fingerprint associated with multiple different accounts 7 days Registering or logging into multiple accounts on the same computer is considered abuse of registration to obtain multiple trials or circumvent authorization restrictions. Accounts with any paid order history are not subject to this rule
Account Sharing Across Multiple Devices Same account logged in on multiple different devices within one calendar day 3 days Users without paid orders: triggered at 3 or more devices on the same day; Users with paid orders: triggered only when exceeding 3 devices (4 or more devices)
IP Bulk Registration Same IP address registers 5 or more new accounts within 24 hours 7 days Considered bulk registration abuse

4.4.2 Exemption Conditions

“Multiple Accounts on One Device” Exemptions:

Accounts meeting any of the following conditions are exempt from automatic bans under the “Multiple Accounts on One Device” rule:

  • The current account has any paid order history (including expired subscriptions; as long as there is a payment history, exemption applies)
  • Other accounts associated with that device have been bound to an enterprise organization (Team Edition seat) with active membership
  • Other accounts associated with that device hold a valid paid subscription (Pro or Ultra Edition) with completed payment orders

Note: The above exemptions are intended to avoid false positives in reasonable scenarios such as enterprise shared workstations or family members sharing devices. Paid users are our core users and will not be banned for multiple accounts on one device.

“Account Sharing Across Multiple Devices” Threshold Description:

  • Accounts with paid order history are permitted to log in on up to 3 different devices on the same day; triggering only occurs when exceeding 3 devices (4 or more devices)
  • Accounts without paid order history are triggered at 3 or more different devices on the same day

4.4.3 Effect of Ban

  • During the ban period, the banned account cannot log in through the UE client, and established device sessions will be forcibly terminated
  • The ban does not affect your ability to view account information on the web portal
  • Upon expiration of the ban, the account automatically returns to normal status without any additional action
  • If you believe the ban is a false positive, please send an email to yerrkj@outlook.com providing your account email, device information, and a description of the situation; we will verify and respond within 3 working days

4.4.4 Administrator Exemption

Accounts with administrator or super administrator privileges are not subject to the automatic ban mechanism.
