Unreal stage projects, brought into alignment
SuperStage turns Unreal Engine stage scenes into a shared production reference. Visual intent, fixture identity, DMX patching, media context, and MVR / GDTF / grandMA preparation all stay connected in one place, without pretending to replace the real venue.
How it works
Four steps carry a stage scene from visual review to handoff: scene context, fixture identity, patch consistency, and handoff preparation. Every stage-specific layer stays inside that one scene.
Start from an Unreal scene that already holds the stage. Truss, scaffold, drapes, screens, projectors, and the stage floor are placed actors, not descriptions in a separate document.

Every fixture carries its own Fixture ID, Universe, Address, and profile, so the same light is recognized across visual review and data preparation.

Batch Patch Tool plans Universes and addresses across a whole rig and previews address occupancy, so conflicts surface before delivery. Art-Net or sACN then verifies the patch against the scene.

The same fixture logic travels outward as MVR, GDTF, and grandMA preparation, so what the team agreed on visually is what leaves the project.

The whole fixture library moved to volumetric beams, the stage gained a fountain that runs on DMX, and the laser tools grew into a full editor. 231 automated tests cover the release.

The cone light and the volumetric column now read one shadow atlas, so the column and the pattern on the floor are cut by the same geometry. Until this release the beam was blocked and the pool on the floor was not.

Product screenshotLaser editorA laser animation holds bezier outlines and modulation parameters; the point stream is computed at playback. It stays resolution-independent, editable at any time, and survives a change of scanner. The editor reads and writes ILDA.
